Once ktts is up and running as a result of kttsmgr would it be possible to
run calamares with output directed to resources ktts will read and answer
questions calamares asks with the keyboard? The calamares package is a
linux installer package used and strongly recommended by Manjaro and some
work has been done to integrate it into sonargnulinux which is a Manjaro
fork. Sonar developers have already discovered orca cannot read
calamares.

ktts and kttsmgr are dead. Once QtSpeech gets a proper release all
ktts repositories and code will no longer be getting any bug
fixes/improvements etc.
